Fintrax Payment Services Australia which is a sister company of Premier Tax Free has been contracted by the Australian Government to provide payment services in relation to the Tourist Refund Scheme since 2000.

We refund the Travelling Public on behalf of the Australian Customs Service, who administers the scheme for the Australian Government.

The Tourist Refund Scheme allows Australians and overseas visitors a refund of goods and services tax (GST) and wine equalisation tax (WET) on goods bought from any retailer in Australia and taken overseas.
